Professor Kenny Kim
Head Instructor
Professor Kenny has dedicated his entire life to the Martial Arts. He started his Martial Aarts career at the tender age of 4 and has not stopped since. The last 16 years he has dedicated his career in the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, the worlds most effective form of self defense system. He is a first degree black belt under the 10x World Champion Caio Terra and is a mulitple time IBJJF Open Black Belt Champion. When he is not training you can find him competing, riding around town on his long board or traveling all over the world.
Professor Gazzy Parman
Kids Head Instructor
Gazzy Parman is a Brazilian jiu jitsu pioneer, and a member of the female BJJ “Dirty Dozen” (first 12 women outside Brazil to reach the rank of black belt in the sport). A unique character in the female competitive grappling scene throughout the 2000’s decade, Gazzy’s outspoken demeanor and competitive accolades made her a fan favorite across the globe, having also raised the awareness of big brands such as Tapout and even the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) to the women’s divisions, with Parman being the very first female athlete to be sponsored by both companies. Gazzy Parman was one of the very first BJJ/MMA female gym owners in the USA, through her LVL5 academy and the first and only female Grappling Hall of Fame inductee.

I have been training with Professor Kenny Kim at Impact/CTA Atlanta for about 9 months. Over that period of time, I have lost 13 pounds of fat, gained 2 pounds of muscle, lost two inches from my waist, and my blood pressure is better than it's ever been. I have always been active at traditional gyms and came to the academy in fairly good shape, but now at 34 I'm in the best shape I've been in since college. I owe all of this to Master Kim, not only through his teaching of the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, but also through the principals of clean eating and the jiu jitsu lifestyle he instills in each of his students. Not only is training incredible exercise and the most fun exercise I've ever participated in, but the friends I have made while training make going to the gym easy and fun! It's an incredibly encouraging and friendly atmosphere, with great instruction and wonderful people! I can't wait to get back to the mat!
